About me
empathy is the way forward
During my university days, I discovered my passion for User Experience after specialising in multiple design courses, such as Human Factors. It taught me to go beyond numbers and understand the underlying issue that the client we collaborated with was facing. With my hobbies of drawing and visual design, I was excited in pushing for a prototype for my team's project deliverable. I believed that creating the user interface of our ideal solution that would have communicated our concepts more firmly to our client and professors. This sparked my curiosity in human behaviour and insight; hence, I've decided to pursue a path as a UX designer.
Over the past year, my work experience has value-added my skills in being a driven problem-solver and an empath. I constantly listen and communicate with cross-functional teams to align the expectations and challenges faced by different audiences. During my free time, I will either continuously learn graphic design skills online or do freelance projects.
Once I was confident, I decided to pursue a User Experience Immersive Design course in General Assembly. Through the course, my enthusiasm grows stronger every day, turning my creative visions into reality while finding ways to make people's lives easier daily.
